The adult moths of this species have a forewing that is pale brown with variable pale and dark markings, such as spots and streaks. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The moths are found in :

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria,
  • Tasmania.

    The genus to which this species is assigned is controversial.
