    The adult moths are fawn with brown markings, and have a wingspan of about 1 cm. The sex pheromones of this species have been investigated.

    The species has been found in:

  • New Zealand,
  • Philippines,

    and also in Australia in

  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory,
  • Victoria, and
  • South Australia.
